Frequently asked
What is the difference between soundproofing and acoustic treatment?
Soundproofing stops noise travelling between rooms or from outside, using heavier, sealed walls, floors and ceilings. Acoustic treatment controls echo inside a room, using absorbing panels, baffles and ceilings. Many projects need both, and we advise on the right balance at the survey.
Will acoustic panels stop noise from my neighbours?
Not on their own. Panels reduce echo inside your room but do little to block sound coming through a wall. To stop noise from neighbours or a corridor, the wall itself needs upgrading, usually with an extra layer of board, insulation and sealed joints.
How much does acoustic treatment cost?
It depends on the room size, the system and the finish. A meeting room can often be treated with a few panels and a ceiling cloud, while a hall or open-plan office needs a full design. We give a clear, itemised quotation after a free site visit.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. In Abu Dhabi and Dubai we visit, measure and discuss the problem at no cost, then send a proposal. There is no obligation to proceed.
Can you work in an occupied office or a running restaurant?
Yes. We plan noisy work outside business hours where needed, protect furniture and floors, and phase the installation so the space stays usable.
Can the panels match our interior design?
Yes. Fabric panels, baffles and acoustic plaster come in many colours, textures, timber and printed finishes. We can work from your designer's drawings and sample boards.
Are your systems fire rated and approved?
We use systems with recognised fire classifications and follow UAE Civil Defence requirements. Product data sheets and test certificates are included in our submittals for consultant and authority approval.
Do you also do the rest of the fit-out?
Yes. Besides acoustics we handle gypsum ceilings, partitions, painting, tiling, demolition, MEP and AC maintenance, so you can give one company the whole job.
How long does installation take?
A single meeting room usually takes a few days once materials are on site. Larger offices, schools and halls are planned in phases, and we agree the programme with you before starting.
Do you work outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We are based in Abu Dhabi and deliver projects in Dubai, Sharjah and the other emirates.
